Extract to Game Folder
Extract the contents of the zip into your game root folder (where Nurture.exe is located). The zip already contains the correct folder structure. Then rename the original steam_api64.dll to steam_api64_o.dll in Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv151\Win64\.
Launch with Launcher.exe
Make sure Steam is running, then use Launcher.exe to start the game. Do not launch Nurture.exe directly — the Launcher enables the Steam overlay which is required for multiplayer.
